The chip did not work correctly after it was installed. But to the credit of Memory Upgrade Pro, they offered to replace the part with a new one. I guess we will try again when I receive the new chip. |

Product Suggested Does Not Work on Computer |

After speaking with someone on the phone who directed me to the appropriate product, I ordered: 1GB Apple MacBook 1.83GHz, 2GHz, GEN 1 memory 1x 1GB MA346G/A PC2-5300 200-PIN DDR2 667MHz SODIMM upgrade from your website.
I took it to the computer store where I had them replace the memory for me, but once they put in the pieces I bought from PRO Memory Upgrade, unfortunately, my computer would not start up.
Though I contacted customer support and received a reply, I still had to mail it and wait for my refund as they are only processed on Fridays. It was a huge inconvenience for me, and no apologies have been made. |
