After the new memory module and the system was restarted, it would not boot. Had difficulty contacting anyone to find out why. When a customer service rep was finally contacted, they stated they were aware of some problems with replacing memory modules on this machine. If that would have been stated in the first place, I would not have wasted a lot of time and money (I had it express shipped). Very disappointed! |

I got my order today.
took longer than I expected but I was informed of the time when I choose the regular mail shipping.
the memory stick worked just fine compared to the order that I placed with another company.
also I can appreciate the packaging. the simple envelope for such a small item was appropriate. when the other company sent me the wrong memory stick, it came in a cardboard box. not thinking "green"
although the other company was cheaper, when you factor in the shipping it actually came out better with your company.

This memory module was the least expensive I found on the internet. Unfortunately, it only worked the on the first start up. My laptop could not restart after that. I removed the module and everything worked fine again.

I bought the RAM from your company, because I read a review that said you offered a customer free shipping for any defective products. The price and warranty were excellent, but I didn't get a full 2G of RAM. It came out to 1.99 G. (I don't want an exchange or anything like that, because .01G is nothing at all) I previously ordered from Memory4Less and the 512 mb of RAM I ordered came out to 513.33 mb. I was also disappointed that my first order was cancelled because your company forgot to charge me the sales tax. ProMemoryUpgrade could have notified me that the order was cancelled, so that I could order again. I was without the necessary RAM to run my CAD program for 2 weeks before I noticed the order was cancelled. |

My old laptop was running slow so I wanted to upgrade it from 512 MB of RAM to 2 GB. I ordered the Pro Memory upgrade components that the website identified as being compatable with my computer. It shipped the same day, however UPS ground took almost a week to get it from California to the midwest. Once it arrived, I simply removed the old card and replaced it with two new ones. My computer runs much faster now and I have no complaints.

I ordered two memory cards for two identical laptops. Upon installation, one card worked and one didn't. I contacted Pro Memory and explained my problem. They gave me instructions on how to return the product for replacement/refund. Within less than a week of mailing the bad card back, I had the new card in hand. I installed it and it works great. What a difference in performance of the computer. I would buy from Pro Memory again. |

I upgraded the memory on my Toshiba Satellite A135-S2326 Laptop Computer from 0.5GB to 2.0GB.The upgrade was very easy and took less than 2 minutes to complete. I removed the single O.5GB memory card and replaced it with two 1.0GB memory cards. The computer immediately recognized the new memory cards without any problem. The computer processing speed has increased by a factor of at least 10 and no problems have developed since the installation of the new memory cards.. |

The product arrived within the specified time frame.
Installation was a snap and the RAM was recognized immediately upon restart.
The upgrade has allowed me greater flexibility in my work as a translator where I frequently work with extremely large files and a translation memory application. I had come to accept frequent system freezes and overall sluggishness due to my system lacking resources. This RAM upgrade has apparently resolved the issue. |
