Although I researched what it would take to upgrade my computer the memory you sent didn’t work. I called and you were helpful but to no avail. I tried each 1 gig board individually and insured I had the latest bios but no joy. The memory is on its way back to you. This picture shows a high-density board but the ones you sent we’re low. Perhaps that’s the issue. I ordered two more from Crucial and ensured they are high density. I’ll know when they arrive. |

I bought the RAM from your company, because I read a review that said you offered a customer free shipping for any defective products. The price and warranty were excellent, but I didn't get a full 2G of RAM. It came out to 1.99 G. (I don't want an exchange or anything like that, because .01G is nothing at all) I previously ordered from Memory4Less and the 512 mb of RAM I ordered came out to 513.33 mb. I was also disappointed that my first order was cancelled because your company forgot to charge me the sales tax. ProMemoryUpgrade could have notified me that the order was cancelled, so that I could order again. I was without the necessary RAM to run my CAD program for 2 weeks before I noticed the order was cancelled. |
