I went to Pro Memory Upgrade and easily found what I needed, once it arrived I installed it in less than five minutes and my dell works great. I ordered from another large company prior to finding PRO. They sent the wrong stuff and I had to send it back. I wish I would have ordered from PRO first. The price was exellent as well. |

I have not installed your product as yet. I repair computers for small business. I have a large install of Gx620's. Therefore, I decided you stock some the parts for unit.
Yes, I trust your product will perform when I pull it off the shelf and do the install. The fact that you ask my opinion supports my faith in your interest to provide quality. Of courses, if I do an install and find I have a bad memory stick ... I will let you know. You may choose be supportive or you can argue the warranty period is over.
I recognize the risk is mine ... And yet ... You care enough to for my thoughts ... So, you may give me some consideration ... Even more likely ... I will never need to bother you because the installs will go well.

I've now bought 6 memory cards from Pro Memory Upgrade. They've all come within 2 weeks if not less and were all the correct items based on their search widget. Prices are comparable to many discount places but these were all name brand quality RAM cards. I'll continue to shop there.

The updgrade was relatively easy to perform on my own. To be honest, I was expecting a little more boost of performance. I went from 512k of RAM to 4GB (I bought 4 1GB memory cards). The PC recognizes all 4GB of RAM, but the performance increase is barely noticeable if at all. Good service from the company (quick/prompt delivery), easy to install, just not sure it was worth it. |

I have never done a memory upgrade before this, it was easy, the video's on Dell's websiteshowed just how it went in. one thing: it was not easy to snap this into place, I had to push pretty hard to get the tabs all the way into the slot, before I could snap on the retainers. make sure it is oriented the right way first! |

I was incorrectly informed that the parcel tracking number was for FedEx so when looking for the shipment it never showed up at FexEx.
Wrote a mail to your customer support and was then informed that it was an USPS number and there I also found the package.

Of the two memory cards purchased, one worked great from the begining, but the other one didn't work. I returned it and received a replacement, which still doesn't work. I sent you an email a week ago and still haven't got a response. Looks like you are ignoring me.
It is fine with me if you don't want to send a replacement again, but at least I could send this one back and get my refund.
