This Memory was lacking in some way. Also these are not as advertised. The RAM didn't perform anywhere near as well as RAM I eventually bought from Certified MAC techs. For some reason the Memory forced the finder to restart every time I tried to log onto an XServe, replaced the RAM and no problems. I say go for the real deal not bargain chips. |

Bad Memory Modules |

When I tried to install the memory that you sent, it did not work. Electricity appeared to be passing through but the Sony Vaio - FE550G did not boot up.The three small sights just above the keyboard lit up and stayed lit, but nothing more happened.
Maybe you sent me the wrong modules for my laptop.
Should I send these back so that you can send me two new ones?

Vaio laptop RAM upgrade |

I had to dig out the manual to figure out half of the OEM memory was under the keyboard, other half on the bottom. This memory worked great thought once I figured everything out. Really improved Wndows XP performance too! I went from 512Mb to 2.0 Gb, and mostly just surf, play videos, etc on that machine.
Great upgrade, easy to figure out what to buy with their guides, and in the end all worked GREAT! |

I actually ordered the wrong modules. I wanted two 2GB modules. I did not notice until the order came in that I had actually ordered four 1GB modules. I contacted Pro Memory Upgrade. They gave me a return authorization number, I returned the incorrect modules, and within a couple of weeks, the credit showed up on my credit card. Good customer service. |
