Hello- I was not sent the correct memory as ordered. I have called and emailed about the issue several times. The customer service representative had told me that this memory would be compatible even though it was pc-6400. This was not the case, my computer is constantly crashing and the memory is not running at 400mhz as it is designed to do. This is a vital business computer and I needed to buy other memory somewhere else in the meantime. The women was very courteous and wished for me to ship the items back. The disingenuous subject regarding this incident is that the items description was misleading because you do not have the item. To simply send me memory you think will work without my consent as a buyer most certainly disenfranchises me as the buyer. I have been misled and inconvenienced due to this matter. My desktop computer is crashing as a result of memory upgrade. My Dell Vostro 200 SLIM desktop had 2 x 512MB DDR2 667MHz memory in two slots. I added the 2 x 1GB DDR2 667MHz to other two slots. After adding memory I see the total memory of 3 GB. The desktop computer crashes with blue screen when ever I try to run some applications (not anything particular) or sometime when I am browsing on the internet to work on some sites.
Could you please let me know if there is anything different to do with the installation of the memory into the memory slots or the memory I bought was faulty. |

I came to your website hoping to get the right memory for my computer. Typed in the motherboard and came up with ddr memory. My motherboard is a ddr2, the website was wrong. Motherboard was a biostar P4m800pro-m7. Looking at biostar's website I see no motherboard under that number with ddr memory. Contacted the number on the box and they sent an email stating I have to send this one back to receive the other one. Well unfortunately I don't want to pay the shipping money to send back a part that was not my fault to begin with. Tried to reason with the operator to send me the right one, then I would send the wrong one back with a shipping return label, so i don't have to pay the money to have it shipped.
I see on the side of this review box, that it states 1GB biostar P4m800 PRO-M7 memory 1x 1GB PC2-3200 240-PIN DDR2 400Mhz Unregistered DIMM Upgrade. This is not what I received.
