Subject: DRR2 RAM shipment
Comments: I have got my order only ~2 weeks after it was placed (shipped to Europe). Shipment get stack in custom service. It was a surprised that I need to pay extra tax for my shipment order together with costume service handling fee. Otherwise ordered item was according to the expectations. In the future will use this service to order extra items.

Subject: Wrong Chips Sent
Comments: I guess this system does not know that we RMA'd the order because the wrong chips were sent to us and they do not fit into the memory slots of an HP DL380. I ordered the same items a few months ago and was sent the correct chips - so I felt confident in ordering a second time. However - the second time I was sent a different chip which does not work/fit. Biw - I have to go through the process of returning the item - which takes five days - and waiting for the correct item to be sent - which takes another five days - and then I not sure if the correct item will be sent - and I may have go go through with another return and cancelling the order. We are not satisfied at all. In the meantime - we need to contest the charge - so as to not pay for the item until we receive the correct item. Not a pleasant experience.

Comments: You guy's are great I have no problems with your service and will always get my memory for you. I just have to get better and stop ordering the wrong memory modules. Fortunatly I can use them in a freinds computer!
