It took a week for your store to decide that I had to sign a special form to have my items shipped to another person This delayed our work and it was to me, a silly request. I've ordered product from many vendors before and used a ship-to address that was not mine, and I've never had to sign such a form. |

Productwise, I cannot complain what so ever because that's what I needed. On the billing side is a whole different story. I took it upon my self to contact you AND paypal. I was charged double tax from memorypro and paypal for a total of $22 of taxes? Please!!. When I contacted paypal, they told me that since payment is from paypal they are the ones that have to charge me tax, not like memoryproupgrade at the checkout box. They charged me tax on top of the normal price, so my actual saving on the RAM ended up being 57-cents instead of 12.00 dollars. I need to get an additional 2 GB RAM, so i'll probably buy from another site. Thanks a lot and also thanks a lot for never contacting me back |

Well, I placed my order online for new memory cards and received confirmation the same day. I received my order in about 6 business days which was very good except that i received the wrong item! Not to worry, I called customer service and was instructed how to return the item and what to expect, especially since I ordered during the holiday season. About 10 days after I returned the wrong memory I received the correct order and a credit to my account for the shipping I had to pay to return it! This was during the Christmas season mind you. All in all, I give MemoryUpgrade.Pro a two thumbs up and will definitely order from them again. |
