| Comments: | We never received the item, it was returned to the shipper and I have e-mailed and asked for either a reship or a refund and have not heard anything from customer service. We would still like to receive this memory |
Received the memory modules today, removed the old sodimms, and replaced them with the new ones. I am very satisfied with the new performance of my rejuvenated notebook. Thanks for a superb customer service (prompt replies to customer correspondence and fast order processing/shipment).
