| Subject: | RAM is great, not like the service. |
| Comments: | The RAM is good quality and works well, but when I was sent the wrong RAM initially, it took many many days of explanation to many different people as to why the RAM was wrong. The PRO Memory Upgrade sticker had been affixed to the wrong type of RAM and apparently it was rocket science to get someone to understand this. As I said, though, once I finally got the right memory it worked out fine, but I won't be using PRO Memory Upgrade again. Sorry. |
Your company is a pleasure to deal with. I ordered the wrong memory sticks, got an RMA and sent them back and you even gave me credit for the freight when you shipped them to me. I can't imagine any company doing that [you were] so pleasant to deal with. I re-ordered the correct sticks, got them in and installed and [they're] working great.
