Subject: RAM is great, not like the service.
Comments: The RAM is good quality and works well, but when I was sent the wrong RAM initially, it took many many days of explanation to many different people as to why the RAM was wrong. The PRO Memory Upgrade sticker had been affixed to the wrong type of RAM and apparently it was rocket science to get someone to understand this. As I said, though, once I finally got the right memory it worked out fine, but I won't be using PRO Memory Upgrade again. Sorry.
