Comments: Things that could have been better: 1) Your online system should accurately reflect the available shipping methods, i.e. your site offered Air transport yet you were only able to provide ground shipping to Canada... which greatly extended the shipment time. 2) Your system reported the tracking number via FedEx when it actually came via USPS (to the border... then via Canada Post). 3) This whole process much longer than anticipated... you need to find a way to decrease delivery time for orders. FYI, that was the only complaint we read about when researching your service... and it's currently a valid point that will, I suspect, scare away some of your potential customers. 4) We paid for Expedited AIR delivery and were not refunded the difference when ground shipment was used.
