Although the website was slow during my "shopping" phase, my Laptop memory was located easily, purchased easily, and arrived quickly. I don't know why the website was so slow on the day of my purchase, it was snail pace from page to page! But I went step by step, no confusion or ambiguity in the finding of my memory. Some other sites charged way more than I got it for here. The other sites had a warning that 'If it is cheaper on another site, it won't work on your laptop'. EVERTHING WENT GREAT... Except I was Caught in the FED-X Christmas shutdown....When I tried to place the order a day EARLIER.... VIA: TELEPHONE....That would have avoided it ( The predicted Holiday Shut down) I could not get your firm to answer the PHONE!! I kept getting a recording....And MY call(s) were not returned... After leaving MESSAGE(S). So The Next day when I was ABLE to get someone on the Phone.... the order was entered on the date received... Packed and Stuck... Awaiting Fed-x pick up...
