Product was shipped in anti-static packaging and arrived safely. Was easy to install, and has signifciantly improved the performance of the PC. Wish I done this before. I had two orders by mistake 0non 3/11/10. They were as follows:
512MB DDR 400MHBz 200-Pin PC3200
$19.95 + ship 5.55 = 27.65
512MB DDR 400Mhz-184-PIN PC3200
$24.99 + SHIP 5.55= 33.06
I had replied to Stage 1 and 2 orders to cancel but
still received the 33.06. I tried to install but found that my machine took a PC2700 chip. Called several
times and got a RMA and returned the 184-Pin that
I had received. Mailed it back and had a credit show up on my credit card on April 5, 10.
After calling on the 184-PIN for the RMA I rec'd
another package, (I assumed the 200-PIN) and just had the Post Office return it. In my
conversation in getting the RMA I thought that I was to receive credit on both chips as I was told you could not supply the PC2700 chip that I needed.
Would you look into the matter and see that I get
the credit for the $27.65 that I am due.
Will wait to hear from you.

Although the website was slow during my "shopping" phase, my Laptop memory was located easily, purchased easily, and arrived quickly. I don't know why the website was so slow on the day of my purchase, it was snail pace from page to page! But I went step by step, no confusion or ambiguity in the finding of my memory. The incorrect memory was sent to me. I was very clear concerning what PC the memory was for when I ordered it. I did not realize that it was the wrong memory. I tired to install it and damaged my PC. I was unable to use my PC again and had to buy a new PC. The only positive was that ProMemory Upgrade gave me a refund of my purchase. |
