Fast easy transaction, but the communication was a little wacky |

The service was fast when I did the order online. The memory I purchased is great. But, I must say that they really need more people checking the phones. Nobody ever picked up the phones when I called before I made the order. It was weird because they even have two different phone numbers listed. I had a few questions and actually left a message maybe two and never got a call back. The email support was good I got a friendly response from a human within the day. They must be really busy over there. |
