I was initially disappointed with the handling of my order, I had expected prompt shipment of the product, and it was a week later, after I sent a "when is my order shipping" email, before it actually shipped.
Ultimately, I was pleasantly surprised with my shipment, because you shipped the wrong parts and I actually ended up being able to upgrade my server to 16GB of memory instead of only 12GB. Although I am left with 8GB of memory I cannot use, because my system can't handle it all.
I will soon be in the market for more memory for my new HP laptop, and I will be including your company in my selection process.
