They are from Micrel Incorporated, founded in 1978, is a global manufacturer of integrated circuits (IC) with corporate headquarters in San Jose, California. Micrel has been a publicly traded corporation since December 1994 and its stock is listed on NASDAQ as MCRL. In fiscal year 2004, it took in $257.6 million in revenue
Micrel's products include mixed-signal, analog and power semiconductors, high performance communication, clock management, Ethernet switch and physical layer transceiver ICs. Micrel uses CMOS, bipolar, and other technologies for IC fabrication.

Micrel KS8995MA Integraded 5-Port 10/100 Qos Switch
The KS8995MA Integraded 5-Port 10/100 Qos Switch is a highly integrated Layer-2 managed switch with optimized BOM cost for low port count, cost sensitive 10/100 MBPS switch systems. It also provides an extensive feature set such as tag/port-based VLAN, QoS priority, management, MIB counters, dual MII interface and CPUcontrol/data interfaces to effectively address both current and emerging Fast Ethernet applications. The KS8995MA contains five 10/1000 transceivers with patented mixed-signal low-power technology, five MAC (Media Access Control) units, a high-speed non-blocking switch fabric, a dedicated address lookup engine, and an on-chip frame buffer memory. All PHY units support 10Base-T and 100BaseTX. In addition, two of the PHY units support 100BaseFX (Ports 4 and 5).

Micrel SY100EL16 5V/3.3V DIFFERENTIAL RECEIVER SY100EL16
Micrel SY100EL16 5V/3.3V DIFFERENTIAL RECEIVER, high-speed, fully differential ECL Receiver/Driver that can process clock signals as fast as 3GHz or data patterns up to 2.5Gbps. The differential input includes an internal 75kΩ pull-down resistor on both the true and complement inputs and a 37.5kΩ pull-up resistor in the complement input only. For AC-coupled input interface applications, an integrated voltage reference (VBB) is provided to bias for either single-ended use or for DC biasing when AC coupling to the device. The VBB pin should be used only as a bias for the SY100EP16V since its current sink/source capability is limited. Whenever used, the VBB pin should be bypassed to the most positive supply voltage. The output is 800mV ECL, with fast rise/fall times guaranteed to be less than 200ps. When the inputs are left open, the internal input clamps will force the Q output low.
The SY100EP16V operates from a 3.3V or 5V ±10% supply and is guaranteed over the full industrial temperature range (–40°C to +85°C).The SY100EP16V is part of Micrel's high-speed, Precision Edge® product line
Micrel MIC2164 C CTLR PWM BUCK 300KHZ 10-MSOP
The Micrel MIC2164 IC CTLR PWM BUCK 300KHZ 10-MSOP is a synchronous, digital modified, constant on-time pulse-width modulation (PWM) buck controller family. MIC2164 is the first product in the new Hyper Speed ControlTM family of buck controllers introduced by Micrel. These controllers are targeted for cost sensitive applications requiring high performance such as set-top boxes, gateways, routers, computing peripherals, and telecom/networking equipments.
The MIC2164 /-2/-3 family operates over an input supply range of 3V to 28V, and is independent of the IC supply voltage. The MIC2164 /-2/-3 family is capable of supplying 25A output current. The MIC2164 operates at 300kHz, the MIC2164 -2 operates at 600kHz, and the MIC2164 -3 operates at 1MHz.
A unique Hyper Speed ControlTM architecture allows for ultra-fast transient response while reducing the output capacitance and also makes High VIN/Low VOUT operation possible. The MIC2164 /-2/-3 family utilizes an architecture which is constant Ton ripple controlled. A UVLO feature is provided to ensure proper operation under power-sag conditions to prevent the external power MOSFET from overheating. A soft start feature is provided to reduce the inrush current. Foldback current limit and “hiccup” mode short-circuit protection ensure FET and load protection.
The MIC2164 /-2/-3 family is available in a 10-pin MSOP (MAX1954A-compatible) package with a junction operating range from –40?C to +125?C.

Micrel MIC29302 IC REG LDO 3A ADJ VOLT TO263-5
The Micrel MIC29302 IC REG LDO 3A ADJ VOLT TO263-5 are high current, high accuracy, low-dropout voltage regulators. Using Micrel's proprietary Super ?eta PNP? process with a PNP pass element, these regulators feature 350mV to 425mV (full load) typical dropout voltages and very low ground current. Designed for high current loads, these devices also find applications in lower current, extremely low dropout-critical systems, where their tiny dropout voltage and ground current values are important attributes.
The MIC29302 is fully protected against overcurrent faults, reversed input polarity, reversed lead insertion, overtemperature operation, and positive and negative transient voltage spikes. Five pin fixed voltage versions feature logic level ON/OFF control and an error flag which signals whenever the output falls out of regulation. Flagged states include low input voltage (dropout), output current limit, overtemperature shutdown, and extremely high voltage spikes on the input.
On the MIC29302, the ENABLE pin may be tied to VIN if it is not required for ON/OFF control. The MIC29302 is available in 3-pin and 5-pin TO-220 and surface mount TO-263 (D2Pak) packages. The MIC29750 7.5A regulators are available in 3-pin and 5-pin TO-247 packages. The 1.5A, adjustable output MIC29152 is available in a 5-pin power D-Pak (TO-252) package.
